apartment project 

With the apartment project as a group we where shown the 3D printing area and shown how it could be used in different interesting ways when looking at creating stuff for our comics and assignments through our time here. we was given a small paper template of a box and asked to draw a little scene inside it. which in turn would be put together with all the rest of the class to make a cool apartment complex.   

for mine i did a little demon in an old grown over apartment with loads of drawings stuck all over the place. 

the comic 
A continuation of the apartment this little comic follows the story of Ethan the eyeball demon as he he explains his love of art after the great collapse.

My significant other comic 

My significant other comic is a big moment in my uncles life where it was changed forever i have worked with him on this speaking to him and going through his retelling of it. for the multimedia aspect i used some photos of the stock and the stall my uncle uses when selling stuff at car boots shopping centres etc it was a weird experience trying to craft a comic from very basic details while on the phone with my uncle who i do not get contact as much. this is the telling of the day he found out someone close to him was taken away to soon by someone and the two poor children left behind by the destructive event.

Lino print 

fun little class activity that got us used to the technique of cutting lino and printing it i did the little mischievous pigeon from the 3D comic i am producing.


3D comic 
For my 3D i was given the a lovely fun little story from dyanis art of her families encounter with a lovely little frozen pigeon.

after been given my story my mind went a little wild but health and safety i was not allowed to use or find a large pigeon for my 3d comic so i thought of the next best thing maybe buying a plush pigeon sadly with amazons covid changes it was not very high on the prime delivery so i had to think more arty and decided with some push to do some origami pigeons and see where my mind goes from there.  

so here is the final piece a lovely little show of a pigeon showing his son the crafty events he got up to in the time he was left after thawing out of the ice he was trapped in. the origami was an interesting way around the issues of no live pigeon or pre made it just shows what can be made when not having everything at your disposal. 

   

conclusion 

overall with all these projects i think i did decent job with the situation we have all been dealt i wish i had more time with my uncle to better craft a more well flowing story and a lot easier for people to follow besides all that i an quite pleased with the work but would be defiantly on board if given chance to work with these projects more.
